Forum Content *For the purpose of these terms and conditions the words we, us, our refer to forums4free.co.uk, freephpbbforum.co.uk, freephpbbforums.co.uk All Forums may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any English Law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, intellectual property, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute without proper authorization. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. We will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Examples of unacceptable content or links: Pirated software & Warez Sites Hacker programs or archives Pirated Music MP3's etc All Forms Of Pornography We understand it is difficult to constantly police your forums. However we expect you to moderate the content of your forums regularly, otherwise your account will be deleted. We reserve the right to cancel any of our services without notice. If your account is inactive (no posts) for over 30 days then we reserve the right to delete your forums. You must log into your free forum within 2 days of creating it otherwise it is automatically deleted. ------------- Terms By creating a forum with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by all changes made thereafter. We reserves the right to amend or change these Rules and Regulations at any time and without prior notice. We also reserves the right to alter the format/size/amount of advertising contained within the forums at any time and for any reason. Although we promise never to use popups/unders adverts. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold us harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Forums4Free, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns.
